1.IDFC MF files offer document with SEBI for FMP Quarterly Series 64 and 65.

IDFC Mutual Fund has filed the New Fund Offer (NFO) for IDFC Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) Quarterly Series 64 and 65, a close ended income schemes, with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The schemes have two options – growth and dividend option. The NFO does not have any entry and exit load. The schemes will be benchmarked against CRISIL Liquid Fund Index (50%) plus CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index (50%). The investment objective of the schemes is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.

2.Tata Fixed Maturity Plan Series 33 Scheme C Floats On.

Tata Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Tata Fixed Maturity Plan Series 33 Scheme C, a close-ended debt scheme with the duration of the scheme is 281 days from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs. 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 1 June and close on 2 June 2011.
